iPET Network want to be sure that our practices of inclusion and equality are communicated not just during Pride Month but all year round. We do this through policy, culture and education to enhance and support the lives of our candidates, training providers and colleagues.

Our message of inclusion extends further to allow our Training Providers to provide candidates with choices. We ensure that we don’t unfairly discriminate in our practices and we believe in fairness, inclusion and community.

Some examples are, Candidate Facebook group for individuals to share ideas, knowledge and guidance, Tutor groups to help peer learning and collaboration, Podcasts to share key messages, Newsletters and Collaboration with Industry experts to make sure all our qualifications promote inclusion.

iPET Network positively encourages and embraces the diversity of the people and pets all around us and is working hard to challenge unfair practices and prejudice.
