Looking for mains contractor to fully refurbish 1st and 2nd floor of 17- 19 Cheshire Street, Market Drayton. Work will consist of the following to form 4 main offices areas, staff kitchens and toilets over the two floors. Approximate floor area 175m2:- · Demolition of existing walls and chimney breast to form new internal layout. · Installation of new structural steel work and staircase · Alteration to existing floor levels and installation of new floor members. · Forming of new staircase shaft walls. · Make good of existing main roof and re-roofing of lower roof. · New studwork walls to form new layout, existing walls stripping back to brick and finished with plasterboard and skim. · Supply and fit new internal doors/ironmongery and woodwork. · Plumbing/Heating and electrical work including new fire alarm system. · Windows and door replacement. · Decoration and floor finishes. Evaluation criteria to be used a) Price – 80% b) Experience and skills – 10% c) Delivery proposals – 10% Other criteria such as insurance, financial standing and health and safety will be a mandatory requirement and will be assessed on a pass/fail basis where the supplier’s tender/quotes will be rejected if they do not meet the minimum requirements.
