Training Provider / Centre Fees

At iPET Network we believe in clear and transparent pricing regarding the fees for delivering our range of qualifications. 

£2050 excluding VAT - Centre Recognition Application/Joining Fee (non-refundable upon receipt of application form and is a one-off charge for joining iPET Network)

Includes:

·        Initial Centre recognition remote/face to face approval and audit

·        Approval of up to 4 qualifications during audit

·        Access to the Centre Manual, Qualification Handbooks and Resources (where available)

·        Qualification training (Remotely or at iPET Network HQ)

·        Direct observation of up to 2 Assessors per annum (if applicable)

·        IQA standardisation training (if applicable)

·        Dedicated Account Manager for ongoing support and advice

·        Access to a range of iPET Network regulated qualifications

·        Use of the iPET Network logo for marketing purposes

·        Opportunities to create new industry qualifications

·        Incentives for referring new Centres to iPET Network

·        Promotion on the iPET Network website

·        Policies and Procedures templates

·        Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) strategies and templates

·        Certificate of approval

·        Welcome gift

·        No ongoing annual fees

As an Approved Centre you will have access to:

·        Incentives and discounts from our suppliers

·        Online access to your personalised Centre's online secure web-portal

·        Bespoke services from other iPET Network Training Providers such as: Theory Assessor Marking Service giving you more time to focus on the practical delivery

·        External Quality Assurance auditing for re-approval

·        Standardisation and CPD development

·        Value Builder packages (additional charges apply)

Candidate Registration / Certification Charges

All iPET Network qualifications are competitively priced based on the qualification level and size and include External Quality Assurance sampling. There are no annual fees or hidden charges for the approval or issuing of certificates. Our qualification prices generally follow the pricing structure illustrated below but please note this is to be used as a guide only due to the unique structure of some qualifications.

Supplementary Charges

Supplementary charges may apply relating to the below (list not exhaustive):

•   Additional direct observations of Tutors/Assessors based on risk rating, number of learners and any standardisation required

•   Additional systems training

•   Additional audits required above the monitoring or reapproval audit 

•   Additional charges may apply for mandatory training where a centre has not acted upon actions set by IQA for repeated issues 

•   Additional training and standardisation, for example, due to malpractice, may incur additional fees at the half or full day rate of the IQA or EQA delivering the training

•   Additional charges will be invoiced for each new qualification the Centre wishes to be approved for after initial approval

At iPET Network we offer additional services such as a learner e-portfolio platform and Internal Quality Assurance services in our registration packages. Where applicable, packages will have access to any resources created by iPET Network for that qualification. Centres can also create their own materials provided they are mapped to the qualification criteria and approved by iPET Network in advance. As iPET Network offer these additional services when comparing our registration fees to other Awarding Organisations we suggest comparing the bronze registration fee and deduct further any annual costs and auditing fees.

All registration fees, supplementary and additional charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
